I'd like to suggest couple of things for the new design: - Instead of "Get FreeBSD" item in the top horizontal menu how about "Download"? People are used to seeing that hot-phrase and are visually searching for it more often than not. The big "Get FreeBSD Now" link on the front-page is perfect as it is :) - In the "Getting FreeBSD page" all the links lead to main ftp site (ftp.freebsd.org) - wouldn't it be better for them to lead to list of mirrors, or even by some dynamic gadget (PHP or JavaScript) to the mirror "nearest" to the visitor (PostgreSQL uses a thing like that and it works perfectly :) ). The link to "mirror sites" just after the big table is small and unnoticable - maybe something bigger and more visible, possibly before the table would be better. - (minor problem: search is not working yet) The new design is great! -- Every sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from technology - Arthur C Anticlarke
