There's been lots of discussion about ATA problems on freebsd-current, but not exactly what I'm seeing on one of my alphas. With today's -current, I successfully built and installed a kernel on a PC164LX. However, an almost identical config file on an XP1000 produces a kernel which won't boot. The error message is atapci0: <Cypress 82C693 ATA controller (generic mode)> port 0x1000-0x100f,0x3f4-0x3f7,0x1f0-0x1f7 irq 238 at device 7.1 on pci0 ata0: at 0x1f0 irq 14 on atapci0 atapci1: <Cypress 82C693 ATA controller (generic mode)> port 0x374-0x377,0x170-0x177 irq 239 at device 7.2 on pci0 atapci1: Busmastering DMA not supported panic: resource_list_alloc: resource entry is busy Uptime: 0s Has anyone else seen this, and does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.
