--- Comment #4 from Graham Perrin <grahamperrin@gmail.com> ---
Found, thanks to FreshBSD:

<https://freshbsd.org/freebsd/src/commit/95223d920aea7dd3711040304b013f96b568cdb3>;

base 95223d920aea (2025-05-14), MFC after three days.

Some frustration here; time wasted, repeatedly. When I first opened this bug, I
remembered a similar bug from I don't know when, but could not find it.

Also, I vaguely recalled (a) subscribing to something in Phabricator, however
like many people, I lack the knowledge to simply _find_ things in Phabricator;
and (b) a related email, however with search engines such as Google it's no
longer easy to find archived email list content. I'm resisting the urge to have
a mini-rant about Phabricator ;-)

Now: I understand why

– seeking indexinfo – finds nothing:

- when the summary line for 286722 was changed, it lost my
  indexinfo keyword.
