[...snip...] Hardly pushing it. We ran two gcc compiles at 5MB each on a 386sx16 with 8MB of memory, while at the same time making it push things at 115200 bps on a serial port. Seemed to run smoothly. Can't say 100% we didn't get any errors on the stream on the serial line, but I wouldn't expects so. That's with 16550's chip cards in the 386, ofcourse. /Mikael
