I'm glad to see we found the cap-lock before the end of that line. Anyway, I think it's a valid point. How much software should be included in the base system, really? =46rom my brief Linux experience, it seems some distros put a lot of junk in that most people don't need. NetBSD on the other hand, put nearly nothing in the base system. What should FreeBSD really be doing? I see perl as being a nice thing to have, but not everyone needs it, and it is a pain to maintain (apparently), and it is big.
