In looking over /etc, I noticed several files that really should be
moved. aliases* should be in /etc/mail. dumpdates should be in /var/log. ftp{chroot,hosts,motd,users,welcome} should be in /etc/ftp. I could argue for rc* being in /etc/rc, but I can't see that happening soon (:-).
