That would be fine with me.  freebsd-hackers@ would reach a wider
audience though, so that'd be a better list IMHO.

We do make use of Phabricator for code reviews (see
https://wiki.freebsd.org/Phabricator for some details) but there's some
setup involved.  If you end up submitting more than a couple of patches
(or if you end up with large patches) it'd be worth trying to use that
instead, but since this is a first stab, posting it to a list is
perfectly reasonable.
