My Chemusa Chembook 6800XL (see www.chemusa.com) has all of these
features:

P200MMX
TFT1024x768 14.1" display
32MB RAM or more
3GB Hard drive
Internal CD-ROM and Floppy
ESS1868 sound system
C&T 65554 graphics with 4MB Video RAM
2-button touchpad mouse

XFree86 works in 1024x768 at both 16bpp and 24bpp and the sound
system works with FreeBSD sound drivers (not Luigi's sound (pcm)
driver though).

I liked Chemusa because they have the chipset information for
all their products online. This will let you easily avoid the
dreaded NeoMagic video chip which isn't supported by XFree86.
