Hi There and happy new year, just to tell my deepest thougts;-) The OOo situation on FreeBSD is horrible. Does anybody agree? Expplanation: With small machines (like my P3; 512MB-RAM und 18GB SCSII HD) it is nearly impossible to have a localized OOo, because there are no ready compild packages /anywhere/. My Girlfrind needs(!) OOo but I am running out of ideas from where to get an actual, compiled, localized german version. We are thinking about a complete switch from FreeBSD to Linux. I do not like that idea, but i have no better idea at the moment. There is no way out from the OOo siatuation. ;-( Heino
