Dear submitter,

It looks like that your patch is actually incorrect,
unfortunately since the code seems to use VIAAHCI as
a determinstic value not a bitwise one.  Is the unpatched
-CURRENT still having the same problem?  We may need some
alternative fix that I wish to figure out if you would
provide some help, thanks in advance!
