The following items are checked for: /usr/include/tcl.h /usr/local/include/tcl.h (where /usr/local is ${PREFIX}) /usr/local/include/tk.h These are reasonable tests for outdated Tcl/Tk installs; the diagnostics should suggest the removal of the offending *files* which may comprise such an install.
