What machine-specific gcc optimizations are available on alpha? Is this documented somewhere? Is there a flag similar to the Compaq compiler's "-fast", which among other things says "optimize for the CPU implementation of the local host"? -- Christian "naddy" Weisgerber naddy@unix-ag.uni-kl.de To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-alpha" in the body of the message
