Howdy, We're using FreeBSD-stable to serve a maximum of 18 simultaneous kernel-mode PPP connections and I've noticed that the MAKEDEV script only supports up to 10 simultaneous tunnel devices. I've inferred that there is only support for up to 10 tunnel devices within the kernel, and as such I'm preparing to move to user-mode PPP for the first 10 active dial-ins. If somebody knows differently, I'd really like to hear from them as I'm not really able to check by the trial-and-error method. Oh, and are there any other gotchas I should be aware of if I move to user-mode PPP re configuration? Thanks in advance.
