Well, I used cvsup to get the doc-all dist, that contains the FAQ and
the handbook directories with sgml sources. I tried several cvsup mirrors,
including the main cvsup site (cvsup.freebsd.org). Actually, FAQ.sgml
that generates http://www.FreeBSD.ORG/FAQ *is not* in the cvsup main and
mirror sites.

Yes, i did it. I just didn't check if sgml files available with
cvsup are updated or not.
