Try http://www.ucs.ed.ac.uk/~unixhelp/index.html It lists, in a basic manner, several of the common Unix commands available in FBSD. I'm sure there are more sites that are similar. If you just want them listed, look in: /bin /usr/bin /usr/sbin and you'll see what is part of the distribution.
