(asked on -questions and got no response, also did a `sysctl -a | grep pty` and only saw error messages) I am trying to troubleshoot something - the bad thing that is happening is that I try to create new `screen` windows and I get 'No more PTYs'. I know how to add more PTYs, etc., and I am not asking how to do that - I am simply asking: How do I, when I am told I have no more PTYs, know whether I just hit 32 out of 32, or 128 out of 128, or what ? I want to know how many PTYs I have available, and how many are in use. How do I do that ? thanks, PT To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hackers" in the body of the message
