hey..  i finally got the manual for my m-o drive from ibm...  not immediate but fast enough, given that they are 
moving.  this manual is extremely well laid out and is in enough detail to impress me.  i haven't seen a tech manual
on a hardware product this well thought out in a long time.  it defines clearly the functions of the hardware.

I'm so impressed, I thought I'd tell the list about it...  Their CPUs may suck, their operating systems may be worse,
but they know how to write a manual [and make an affordable m-o drive]!
