I've found a lot of help at: http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/network/ipsec/ <http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/network/ipsec/>; I found the NetBSD site by poking around www.kame.net <http://www.kame.net>; . Their "newsletter" link also was another point of reference, especially http://www.kame.net/newsletter/20000428/ <http://www.kame.net/newsletter/20000428/>; regarding setting up racoon. The above, along with reading the latest man page for racoon.conf and of course lots of trial and error has me at the point where I can setup a tunnel between FreeBSD 4.2-Beta machines at home. Here in the office, I'm using 4.2-Beta and a Windows client I'm evaluating. I just got it (IPSec tunnel using racoon and preshared key) to work. MikeC Michael C. Cambria Avaya Inc.
