I cannot figure out what running two instances of apache would gain you. If
you are simply seeking the functionality of being able to run some domain's
with SSL and some without then look in your apache configuration file and
read up on Virtual Host's on http://www.apache.org. But it is quite possible
to run SSL enabled and SSL disabled domains on the same machine while only
running one instance of apache.
