More good news. Java 1.2.2 patchset 8 _seems_ stable with Apache (1.3.12)
and Tomcat 3.1 (Servlet2.2/JSP1.1) and Cocoon 1.7.2. I tested more with
Cocoon than JSP at this point, since much of my JSP pages go against a
database (postgresql)
I'll also be testing the JDBC2.0 postgresql driver with this patchset
release, which I haven't used yet. (Has other people testing the postgresql
JDBC2.0 driver with this patch release? reactions?) For those who don't use
postgresql, it comes with two JDBC drivers, a JDBC1.0 and JDBC2.0 version. When
you compile the drivers via it's makefile, it will make a 1.0 driver if you use
jdk1.1.x, and a 2.0 driver with jdk1.2.x. As I get results, I'll post them.
