it seems.

The problem here is probably more with the ethernet card you're
using, rather than the CPU.

You can set the rsize/wsize paramaters in your cfg.x.x.x.x file
by putting in the lines

	swapopts rsize=1024 wsize=1024
	rootopts rsize=1024 wsize=1024

That way it doesn't affect those cards that can handle 8K requests.
