Hi Abhayadev.
Check the Perl Path on the cvsweb.cgi. Probably your CGI donīt find the module IPCRun.
Do the trace about this.
I had the same problem and resolved.
Good Luck!

Hi,
i have successfully installed the cvsweb 3.0.6 and i was able to run it successfully. THanks for the wonderful yet simpler solution.
During the installation i came across with an error that i would like to post to you,
During the first run i got an error in the below line,
use IPC::Run qw(); (in cvsweb.cgi)
Then i commented that out and the cvs root page was online. I think the comment had throwed the below error.
Please advice.
Error
Error: Checkout failure (exit status -1), output:
'/usr/bin/cvs -f -d /usr/local/cvsroot co -p -r1.1.1.1 Readme.txt failed: Undefined subroutine &IPC::Run::start called at /var/www/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi line 4370.

Regards,
Abhayadev S.
