If you mean ctm-source to be one of 'src-cur.47??.gz' files, then
you should use something like:
# rm -r /usr/src
# mkdir /usr/src
# cd /usr/src
# ctm -vu /somewhere/ctm_delta_dir/src-cur.*.gz
One thing to note: you at least need one src-cur.*xEmpty.gz to start with.
ctm_rmail should be used with mails coming from ctm-src-* mailing-lists.
