    usr.sbin/bsnmpd/bsnmpd Makefile 
  Log:
  Make the generated oid.h dependend on the Makefile. The Makefile defines
  the symbols to be extracted from the MIB and if that list of symbols is
  changed, oid.h should be re-generated.
