I've been working on this driver now for a little while, it works, but after
a few minutes of high-throughput (40+ K per second) it runs out of buffers!

And it also should probably be converted to use the internal synchronous PPP
stuff.  Can ANYBODY help?  I need to get this done today, I might even be
willing to drop a couple bucks in your direction... Please let me know..

It's relatively straight forward, the driver is based on the hitachi 64570
chipset...
