I haven't tried openzfs-kmod but with the ZFS code in 12-STABLE
and 11-STABLE splitting large blocks can lead to silent data
corruption when receiving incremental streams with a block size
change on the receiving side.

You could try the referenced test script to see if this is
an issue with openzfs-kmod as well. As the upstream bug is
still open it seems likely to me.
