Is the syntax for portmaster in UPDATING correct? I got the following
error when I tried it:
%%%%%
% portmaster -o devel/libtool22 libtool-1.5\*
===>>> The second argument can be a port in /var/db/pkg,
or a port directory from /usr/ports
===>>> No valid installed port, or port directory given
===>>> Try portmaster --help
%%%%%
When I tried
portmaster -o devel/libtool22 libtool-1.5.26
it worked.
I then had the same problem with updating libltdl and had to use a
similar fix. I would be interested to know whether this is a local
problem. (Local config: 7-STABLE i386 from a week ago, ports updated
06:30 UTC this morning, portmaster v2.8, user shell is ZSH 4.3.10.)
Cheers,
Nick.
