You didn't say what area you live in, but you might consider using DSL
for that. Since you already have a ISDN connection, you should be able
to get at least IDSL (144k up/down), which should be quite a bit cheaper
than the FR offer below. You could hook 2 IDSL connections together,
which should give you 288k up/down, for a monthly cost < $250 depending
on upstream provider. You just need to ask them to be able to run
servers, to give you static IP(s) and to do reverse DNS for you, so it
may take a bit of shopping around.
