Well, try http://www.genocide2600.com/~tattooman/ there are several papers
on that topic. Another ressource is http://www.insecure.org/index.html the
homepage of nmap. I think there are some other papers on os detection
prevention. There must be an article from Phrack about fingerprinting. Itīs
quite good.
