Synopsis: Load average goes over 3.0 without any load. State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: iedowse State-Changed-When: Wed Nov 14 17:19:29 PST 2001 State-Changed-Why: This is believed to be caused by synchronisation between some system processes and the samples that are used to compute the load avarage.
