- Update to version 1.5.1
- Assume maintainership; the previous maintainer - an ex-coworker - has
expressed no further interest in maintaining this port
- Remove spurious build-time dependency on doxygen
- HAS_CONFIGURE -> GNU_CONFIGURE
- Add post-install target to install some documentation and examples
