Q.E.D. :-)

That should read "Veni" (AFAIR, with long quantity on the "e"), but I 
suspect you made this mistake on purpose; anyway, speaking about 
"vinum", I will just recall the truism (probably well-known to Greg):  

In vino veritas ...
