Can I successfully create a pr by simply emailing freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org
with a subject line the same as the synopsis and with body as below?

Ok, I admit I run sendmail not; so send-pr is unlikely to work.
(I would use the web interface, only, there are tabs involved so
the pr would be somewhat pointless.  I wont ask about tabs :) although...)
