My latest thinking on all this is that the card I have is incompatible with the driver because it has FM radio support (is anyone running a card with radio support under FreeBSD?). Probably there's a command to select TV or radio, and hopefully that is all that's missing. Perhaps Amancio or Steve could answer this question: Has all the documentation for the bt848 driver come from Brooktree, or has Hauppauge been forthcoming with details about their board?
