I'm not sure if I've found the right place, and I apologise if you get this message in error.Please disregard if this has nothing to do with you. I would like to complain of extremely rude and abusive conduct on the part of a user of your service in an open chat forum. I do not know if your company has a policy regarding this type of misconduct on the internet, but I felt I must inform you in case you do.
