I wanted a class-C network and my ISP is happy that i use HDLC because it is the fastest way and is setup and operated without _any_ problems (in contrast to the Windows weenies using the most hip PPP implementation of the day). Anyway - PPP seems to become the standard in this field, and it would be nice to have a stable and fast implementation. hellmuth -- Hellmuth Michaelis hm@altona.hamburg.com Hamburg, Europe (A)bort, (R)etry, (I)nstall BSD ?
