After I'd wrote my letter about the ed0 device timeout I found out that I can configure the card 'ifconfig ed1 ....' to make it work. ed1 is the PCI 'alias' of the ethernet card and ed0 is the EISA one as I wrote before. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sebestyen Zoltan It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up. szoli@caesar.elte.hu But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
