The tag you want is: *default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4 The current -Stable branch of 4.x is 4.2-Stable. If you wanted an eariler version of -Stable, you could perhaps suppliment the above with a "date" tag, but why would you? If you want the lastest/current -Stable in the 4.x branch, you use the above tag. -Marius M.
