I believe it was kern/12275.  Think it was even closed, but haven't
checked in a while.  All I know is the cards are working except for the
warnings they give and the weird certain-times-of-day problems that case
the warnings.  It's weird--I guess everyone turns their flourescent lights
on at the same time or something.
