Here is the iperf3 test using a single thread. (iperf3 -c IP -P 1)

The single threaded performance difference is even worse than using multiple
threads.=20

Would using multiple Vnet jails decrease performance even more due to there
only being a single, global taskqueue thread? I'll give the "options RSS" a=
 try
later this week and report back with single and multi-threaded tests.
