https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=272944 --- Comment #2 from jSML4ThWwBID69YC@protonmail.com --- Here is the iperf3 test using a single thread. (iperf3 -c IP -P 1) SHARED NET [ ID] Interval Transfer Bitrate Retr [ 5] 0.00-10.00 sec 14.2 GBytes 12.2 Gbits/sec 0 sender [ 5] 0.00-10.00 sec 14.2 GBytes 12.2 Gbits/sec receiver VNET [ ID] Interval Transfer Bitrate Retr [ 5] 0.00-10.00 sec 2.18 GBytes 1.87 Gbits/sec 0 sender [ 5] 0.00-10.00 sec 2.18 GBytes 1.87 Gbits/sec receiver The single threaded performance difference is even worse than using multiple threads. Would using multiple Vnet jails decrease performance even more due to there only being a single, global taskqueue thread? I'll give the "options RSS" a try later this week and report back with single and multi-threaded tests. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
