Originally, it stood for Berkeley Software Distribution. Now it =
describes a family of UNIX-like operating systems based on the original =
BSD code, such as FreeBSD, OpenBSD and NetBSD (among others).

But surely Wikipedia could have told you that=E2=80=A6?
