on this one, note that the nfs SWAP PATH is optional, at least
2.2.5 and above do work without NFS swap.

My experience is that swap on NFS is ok if the server is nearby, but
when i used it on a host 3 hops away, the machine is very sensitive to
lost packets and often the machine hangs.

and in this one, if i am not mistaken, the shared root filesystem is
not dealt in much detail. The main goal of my document was to give
detailed info on exactly this step.
