Synopsis: xmms dies with floating exception when reading SHOUTcast streams State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: dburr State-Changed-When: Wed Oct 13 03:16:35 PDT 1999 State-Changed-Why: Ok, I feel like an idiot. Turns out that this is a case of PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair). For the record, I had my 'output plugin' set to the ' 'DiskWriter' plugin, which saves WAV files instead of playing the mp3's on the soundcard. Once I switched it back to the OSS output driver (soundcard), everything works great, streaming SHOUTcast and all.
