Well, I'm not sure what I'm looking at. The board says Sound Blaster
Model CT4170 at the top and (C) Creative Technology LTD 1977, Made in
Singapore, at the bottom.

There is one big multi-lead chip on the left that looks like it traces to
all the socket tabs that plug into the ISA bus socket. This chip reads:
Vibra 16xv, Creative Tech '96, CT2511-SAT, AP9YL9727, Korea. (Is this the
proprietary chip?)

There is a small 8 pin chip to its right that reads: TL072C.

Up top, next to the cdrom sound input socket, there is a 14 pin chip that
reads: 77C255ST, MC3404.

A few more small 8 pin chips scattered on the board. Then on the left,
next to the output/input sockets, a big chip that reads: TSA1517P, G12005,
YSH9725, (an amplifier I presume).

Pitch this card?
