I'm Currently using freebsd 3.4-Stable. I am mapped a entire domainname to one alias and i mapped that one alias to a email program so whathappens is that when an email comes in to *@mydomain.com it sould go to the program. This works to the most part with the exception of the email that gets sent bounces back with a 500 error and says "You cannot email directly to a program", the exact error is: "Jan 29 06:45:21 kiki sendmail[42231] : GAA42231: <nearz@exactemail.com>... Cannot mail directly to programs" Anyone know i can email directly to programs? (im using the copy of sendmail which came with that version at that time. In the /etc/mail/virtusertable file i map all email to the local user 'mymail' with "@exactemail.com mymail". Then in the /etc/aliases file i map mymail to the program with "mymail: "|/hd2/exactemail/cgi-bin/mail.cgi"" To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
