Hi. There are no description about upgrading by anything other than pkg. Reading UPDATING, the previous entry for ruby at 20230315: points to 20190420 for instructions. But unfortunately, it's already trimmed at commit e83268eaaadc1cca0f2b8d69fd37dc442ed47173 [1] among others. Please resurrect this kind of directed instructions. I can track on cgit or local repo, but maybe not everyone can do so. (cgit is easier for these tasks.)
