Only other thing I know of that's applicable is that I changed src/ release/Makefile/inc.docports to checkout ghostscript-gnu instead of the now-non-existent ghostscript6 (rev 1.1.2.4, 23 September). But this would only have been significant for NOPORTS=YES release builds.
