It used to probe until there was no response at a LUN.  I added maybe_more
when I had a device with LUN0 and then LUN2 (Canon scanner/printer).

Apparently there are so many devices that respond to any LUN it was changed
to work this way.

Yes.  I'd rather see probing for all LUNS and a way to
load the quirk tables without rebuilding.
