Right, so you converted your system to pkgbase and want to revert to
updating from source.

We were previously required by POSIX to provide binaries for them, even
though most of them cannot work except as a shell builtin.  POSIX.1-2024
redesignated them as “intrinsic utilities” and dropped the requirement,
so I deleted them.
