Ok, but could you please be more concrete, what would need to be changed ? The example itself works for me very well. Ok, my slang isn't perhaps that good, but I wanted to create a real life example, with all up's and down's ... Or can you write a port from scratch ? Ok, maybe you ;-)) But me myself has to fiddle around, until things work. And this _process_ to fine tune a port was the goal when I wrote this. Ok, maybe one could add some additional stuff... if you have a GNU source based on 'configure' you have generally to add this, if you have an X11 source you need that ... -- andreas@knobel.gun.de /\/\___ Wiechers & Partner Datentechnik GmbH Andreas Klemm ___/\/\/ $$ Support Unix - aklemm@wup.de $$ pgp p-key http://www-swiss.ai.mit.edu/~bal/pks-toplev.html >>> powered by <<< ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/system/Printing/aps-491.tgz >>> FreeBSD <<< "Ich bleibe bei der Aussage und trotze den Flames. :-)" Ulli Horlacher 02/96
